By accessing, applying to, or participating in anything Trnch-related — website, digital residency, events, or WhatsApp rants — you agree to these terms.

“We” means Trnch Technologies Private Limited

“You” means the human (or team) using our stuff

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to apply, unless you’ve got a signed letter from your parent, guardian, or a responsible-looking adult.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and geographies. You don’t need to be based in India to apply. But if you are, things might move a little faster.

Applications and Honesty

When you apply to the digital residency or any Trnch initiative, we expect the information you provide to be true, current, and yours.

Fake profiles, inflated founder bios, or startup buzzword salad may result in rejection or worse, memes.

Acceptance and Participation

Being selected for Trnch is a privilege, not a transaction. We evaluate applications based on vibe, vision, and values. Our decisions are final.

Once in, you agree to actively participate, follow the rules, and not ghost the community. Early exits or no-shows without valid reason may affect future eligibility.

Payments and Refunds

All program fees, if applicable, are final and non-refundable.

We don’t do trial runs or impulse buys. Think before you commit. This is a long-term play, not a limited-time offer.

Private Community Rules

Trnch is a curated space built on trust, creativity, and honest conversations.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict anyone who:

Joins competing programs and hides it

Misrepresents themselves or Trnch

Leaks confidential info or screenshots

Behaves like a jerk online or offline

This is a no-ego zone. Mutual respect is the baseline.

Content Rights and IP

Everything we build — text, visuals, designs, or internal tools — is owned by us or licensed to us.

Everything you build during a Trnch experience is yours.

By sharing ideas, feedback, or content with us, you grant us a royalty-free, global license to use it for showcasing or improvement purposes. Always with credit. Never shady.

Do not use Trnch content commercially, resell it, or repurpose it without our written permission.

Links, Embeds, and Mentions

Feel free to link to Trnch publicly, just keep it respectful.

Do not use iFrames, embeds, or any method that alters our appearance or implies false endorsement.

If you're featuring us, you’re responsible for how it’s presented. We don’t own your audience, and we don’t want legal surprises.

Tech and Platform Stuff

We work hard to keep everything running smoothly. If a platform crashes, your Wi-Fi dies, or a third-party tool fails, we are not liable for delays, losses, or lost productivity.

We operate in good faith, but we can’t promise perfection. You know the startup life.

Privacy

We take your data seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

In short, we collect only what’s necessary. Your data stays safe, and it stays yours.

Legal Talk

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, we’ll try to resolve it maturely.

If needed, disputes will be settled through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes and Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you. Using Trnch after updates means you accept the new terms.
